Interested in helping the Alliance to ensure academic success for all students in the town of Greenwich?  How about joining in one of our upcoming events? We have lots of opportunities for everyone in Greenwich to get involved in supporting our mission, whether as a donor, volunteer, sponsor or participant!

Children’s Book Drive: November 4, 2025

In conjunction with Greenwich Reads Together, the Alliance collects new or gently used books (up to middle school age) to give away to children in the after school programs at the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich. Please support this event by donating books at the collection bins set up in the Children’s section at Perrot Library and the lower level of the main Greenwich Library.

Annual Appeal: Fall 2025

The Alliance relies on private donations as one of its primary sources of funding. Each fall we conduct our Annual Appeal; please consider donating and helping to support our programs: Reaching Out Grants, Tuning In To Music, 8th Grade DC Scholarship Fund and AVID SUCCESS.

Turkey Trot: SatURDAY, NOVEMBER 29, 2025

Always a great family event during Thanksgiving weekend and a major Alliance fundraiser! This event features an in-person 5-K Race and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk through Bruce Park for all ages. Save the date for our 15th annual Turkey Trot, lace up your sneakers and get ready to race!

Trivia Challenge: February 28, 2026

A fun and competitive evening of dinner and drinks, theme-based trivia, great auction items, and scholarship paddle raise held annually at the Tamarack Country Club. Congratulations to the 2025 winning teams. Thank you to all the players, volunteers and auction donors – we raised $80K.
