Overview

Reaching Out Grants (ROG) funding now exceeds $1.9MM! The Alliance developed Reaching Out Grants to fund new and continuing programs that support our mission of fostering educational success for all students. Through these grants, the Alliance partners with the Greenwich schools and community organizations to fund innovation, expand opportunities, inspire educators, and continue to raise achievement for all students. And that is what it’s all about! Fantastic ideas generated by educators and community organizations wanting to get their students excited and engaged about their education with the goal of reaching the best academic outcomes.

Have an idea for an innovative new program? Please refer to the Grant Process page.

Highlights

Two of the largest initiatives funded to date include the AVID programs at Greenwich High School and Central and Western Middle Schools and Innovation Lab at Greenwich High School. Other grants have spanned the gamut of achievement gap initiatives, arts enrichment, innovative learning spaces and social and emotional well-being programs.
